Viki has attended Crosspoint for 3 years, has been married for 7 years, and has a 6-year-old daughter. She is a stay-at-home mom, and she and her family enjoy beach trips and playdates with friends. Viki loves leading a family-style small group where everyone's kids get to attend with them. In group, she loves that the kids get to witness their parents grow in their relationship with God and pray for one another.
Jim and Fiona have attended Crosspoint for 8 years, have been married for 13 years, and have 3 daughters. They are a family who loves to travel, which is a good thing because Fi is originally from New Zealand and Jim is an airline pilot. They love leading a family-style small group where they get to welcome families into their home and watch both kids and adults build connections with each other while growing in their faith.

Ruben and Josie have been married for 3 years and have 2 babies - a 16-month old and a 1-month old. Ruben is a pastor and a self-defense/fitness enthusiast, and Josie is an ICU nurse. They are excited to lead a Spanish-English bilingual small group, creating a new opportunity for all kinds of people to get connected, and discover and follow Jesus.

Billy and Sam have attended Crosspoint for 12 years, have been married for 10 years, and between them they have 5 adult children, 5 grandchildren, and one grandma who lives with them. Billy is a small business owner and Sam works at Crosspoint. Their hobbies include motorcycle trips and camping. They love the friendships formed in small groups and how God puts the right people together at the right time.

Andy and Renee Arriola have been leading Small Groups since 2015, and they love doing life with others while growing in faith and friendship. Andy is a semi-retired dentist and Renee is a retired teacher. They enjoy cycling, Dodgers baseball, concerts, cooking, and filling their home with family and friends. Between them, they have 5 adult children and by the end of August will have 4 grandsons - all age 3 and under! Their greatest joy is serving God and sharing the hope of Jesus wherever he leads them.
BARBER/LEGG - Family Group: children welcome
Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30pm, Central Temecula
Faygene has attended Crosspoint for 8 years and has 3 adult children and 2 granddaughters. She works at Crosspoint on our Children’s Ministry team, overseeing our Explorers classroom and supporting families of children with special needs. She loves anything baseball (especially the Padres), coaching her daughter in the Special Olympics, and spending time with her family. Faygene is looking forward to leading a family-style small group and providing a place for families to grow deeper in their faith together.
Duane and Kim have been attending Crosspoint for 16 years, have been married for 32 years, and have 7 children ranging from 23 years old to 10 months old, each of whom have joined their family through adoption. Duane is a retired educator and Kim is a credentialed teacher who is currently a full-time stay-at-home mom. As leaders of a family-style small group, they love creating a place where families can laugh together, ask hard questions, grow in their faith, and build authentic friendships that extend far beyond a weekly meeting.

Brian and Lindsay have been married for over 20 years and are blessed with three amazing adult children. After retiring from careers in law enforcement, they felt God calling them to a new purpose. Combining their passion for serving others and caring for God's creation, they founded a plant and tree health care company dedicated to stewarding the landscapes and communities they love. As small group leaders, Brian and Lindsay are passionate about creating a welcoming place where people can build authentic relationships, grow in their faith, and experience the power of biblical community. They believe God often does His greatest work through honest conversations, shared experiences, and lives lived together.
Brian and Christine have been married for 29 years and are empty-nesters with two adult children. They have attended Crosspoint for 19 years. Brian is the director of a homeless shelter associated with the San Diego Rescue Mission, and Christine works with home study students at a local charter school. They both enjoy being outside, being with family, and playing games. In small groups, they look forward to developing deeper relationships with new and established friends.

Tuesdays, 7:00-9:00pm, Crowne Hill
Mike and Mary have attended Crosspoint for 14 years, have been married for 26 years, and have two adult children and one grandson. Mike works in the IT industry, while Mary works in the Temecula Valley wine industry. Outside of work, they love cooking and enjoying good food together, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with their grandson. At church, Mike serves on the worship team, and Mary helps lead and teach children in the 2nd and 3rd grade classroom. In small group, they are excited to grow together, dig deeper into God’s Word, ask questions, share life experiences, and build meaningful relationships with others who want to do the same.
Ron and Pamela began attending Crosspoint in 2006, the same year they moved to Temecula. They’ve been married for 46 years, have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. Ron is recently retired, and Pamela is a paramedical examiner and phlebotomist. In small group, they love getting into God’s word through the Intersect questions, discussing the weekend messages, and sharing how faith intersects with everyday life. Most of all, they cherish the authentic community, encouragement, and support that small groups provide.
MCINTOSH/MONTAGUE
Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30pm, Murrieta near Cole Canyon
Kevin and Christi have attended Crosspoint for 12+ years. They've been married for 20 years and have twin boys who are seniors in high school, two dogs, fish, and a butterfly sanctuary. Christi works at the Christian and Missionary Alliance South Pacific District office, and Kevin works in the automotive industry and serves on the Men's Ministry team at Crosspoint. They love the outdoors and camping.
Lance and Susan have attended Crosspoint for 6 years, have been married for 28 years, and are empty nesters with 2 adult daughters. Lance works with telecom systems, and Susan works with middle school ELD students. Lance enjoys woodworking, and Susan enjoys scrapbooking. Both of them serve on the worship team and love to travel. In small group, they are looking forward to getting to know new people and connecting more deeply with people they already know.
WEDNESDAY GROUPS
COLGAN/LUCAS/MORALES
Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30pm, Alta Murrieta Area
Mike and Naryssa have been married for 20 years and have 4 kids at various stages of life, plus 2 grandbabies. They’ve been a part of Crosspoint for 14 years. Naryssa works as an office manager in auto sales and at Crosspoint in our youth ministry, and Mike takes care of their family and home. They love camping and visiting the desert, the lake, and the beach. Their favorite things about small groups are the community, studying the word together, sharing thoughts and perspectives, and most of all, being able to walk alongside their brothers and sisters in Christ in love, support, and encouragement through all the seasons we find ourselves in.
Byron and Barb have attended Crosspoint for 16 years, have been married for 25 years, and have two adult children. Both of them are former US Marines, and now they both work for the Department of War. They enjoy cooking, gardening, volunteering, and watching their favorite football teams, the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints. They love meeting new people and being able to walk beside & encourage others in their relationship with Christ, whether they are just starting out or are longtime believers.
Adriana and her husband Roberto have been married for 22 years, and they have 3 sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandbaby on the way! Adriana is a stay-at-home mom and volunteers in Crosspoint’s youth ministry. She’s excited to open her home as a small group host.
HARD/MILLER (Women of Crosspoint)
Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30pm, Near Chaparral High School
Suzanne Hard has 6 grandchildren, all in their 20s, and she worked in leadership management for 40 years. She is involved in CrossPoint’s women’s ministry and also serves at the Welcome Center. She loves meeting new people and supporting and praying for one another in small group. She and Devonna lead a small group open to all women.
DeVonna is a retired widow who has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, traveling, cooking, and helping others. She and Suzanne lead the Women of Crosspoint small group, and she loves connecting with women in various walks and stages of their lives. Whether they're in their 30's or 80's, they bring value to the group with their life experiences and testimonies.

Mike & Barb have attended Crosspoint for 15 years, and have been married for 47 years. They are retired and love to travel and spend time with their kids and grandkids in California and Wyoming. Mike is one of our elders, and they both serve as hosts at the Saturday evening service. They are looking forward to drawing closer to God and to each other in small group through worship, study, and prayer.
Pat and Nancy have been attending Crosspoint for 3 years. Pat works in outside sales and serves on the Worship Team. His hobbies are music and golf, and his passion in life is worshipping our amazing God. Nancy works in accounting and serves in Children's Ministry, and her hobbies include crochet and walking. They've been married for 37 years, and have two grown children and one granddaughter whom they love spending time with. This small group season, they look forward to continuing to build on established friendships and forging new ones.

Connor and Alison have been married for 3 years and also have attended Crosspoint for 3 years. Alison is a registered nurse and her hobbies include painting, reading and gardening. Connor is in the Marine Corps and his hobbies include hunting, reading, and the gym. They love small group because it gives them a chance to dive deeper into the sermon and break down God’s word to see what he is trying to tell us. They also love that small group provides an opportunity to build community, make friends within the church, and be able to help each other in hard times.
Matthew works at Crosspoint in our finance department. His hobbies include playing video games, Dungeons & Dragons, baking, and music. In small group, Matthew enjoys hearing others’ perspectives - a Bible verse might have a different impact on different people, and he loves hearing why.
Kurt and Briana have attended Crosspoint for 4 years, have been married for 7 years, and don’t have any kids…YET! Briana is a Program Coordinator for Julian Charter Schools and Kurt is a Software Developer for a small consulting company. Briana loves to host parties, read, have intentional time with others over coffee, and play piano on the worship team. Kurt is currently into MTG, video games, pickleball, and playing guitar/singing on the worship team. In small groups, they love getting to do life together, sharing in struggles and celebrating victories as we gather, eat good food, laugh, serve one another, and pray!

Steve and Denise have been a part of Crosspoint from day one. They have been married A LOT of years, and have a son, a daughter, and two granddaughters. They love traveling, the Dodgers, good books, and playing games with friends. Their favorite thing about small groups is watching people who don’t know each other come together to create a community where they can care for each other.
Hong and Soo are the hosts of the Redden small group. They have been married for 26 years and have three sons. Hong grew up in LA and is an avid Raiders fan. Soo grew up in Virginia and loves to read. They have lived in Boston, San Jose, Hawaii, and Orange County prior to moving to Temecula in 2024. They look forward to opening their home to their small group.

Evan and Crystal have attended Crosspoint for 15 years and have been married for 24 years. They just dropped their son off for his freshman year of college, so now they are basically empty nesters - except for their micro bully, Hobie. Crystal is the Worship Director at Crosspoint and loves weightlifting. Evan is starting his second year as the Men’s & Women’s head tennis coach at Chapman University and holds a blackbelt in Brazillian jiu-jitsu. This year in small group, they are looking forward to growing in faith and understanding of scripture and what it means to follow and live obedient to Christ in community.
Justin has attended Crosspoint since he was a teenager in our youth group, and these days he works fulltime as Crosspoint’s Youth Pastor! He has 4 kids, ages 8, 6, 6, and 4, and he loves camping, ping pong, and video games. Small groups have been the catalyst for friendship, love, accountability, and growth in Justin’s life ever since he joined his first group in 2011. He’s looking forward to being able to do life together with his group this year!
Jake and Mary have attended Crosspoint for 7 years, have been married for 10 years, and have 3 kids (ages 8, 6, and 5). Jacob is a controls engineer and Mary is a teacher who is homeschooling their kids this year. They enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with family. They love the community and connection small group brings to their lives while focusing on their relationship with God. They are looking forward to meeting new people and growing in faith together.

Darrell and Rebecca have been married for 25 years, and have a son in his second year of college, a daughter in her senior year of high school, and a labradoodle named Milo. Darrell works for Sony Santa Monica and enjoys woodworking. Rebecca is Crosspoint’s Children’s Pastor and enjoys cooking, organizing, and reading. In small group, they love gathering with others, eating food and digging deeper into God’s Word while doing life together.

Joey and Beth have attended Crosspoint for 15 years, have been married for 22 years, and have 2 daughters and 3 dogs. Joey works as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager, and Beth is the Associate Pastor at Crosspoint. Their favorite things are camping, swimming, eating out at a great hole-in-the-wall, and having game nights with friends. Beth enjoys trying not to kill her indoor plants, and Joey loves to garden and save what Beth tries to kill. In small groups, they love building strong Jesus-centered relationships and digging deeper into the Bible.
Brandon and Andrea have attended Crosspoint for 4 years, have been married for 17 years, and have 3 daughters (ages 14, 11, and 6). Brandon, at one point or another, has tried almost every possible hobby, but is currently loving jiujitsu. Andrea enjoys reading and is a professional spectator and supporter of her husband's endless hobbies. They both love attending concerts, playing cards & games, and watching their kids' various activities. In small groups, they love the connection, relationship-building, and learning from others.

Rod and Jenn have been married for 26 years and have 4 adult children. They’ve been a part of Crosspoint since the beginning, and have enjoyed serving in many different ministries over the years, including leading Small Groups. They love playing board and card games, watching movies, and eating out with friends, and Rod enjoys climbing mountains (for some reason). In small group this year, they are looking forward to meeting new people and digging into God’s word together.
Rob and Brandi are high school sweethearts who have been married for 35 years. They have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Rob just retired from the Air Force Reserves and is currently working for American Airlines. Brandi is a salon owner/stylist in Canyon Lake. Brandi serves on the worship team and plays the keyboard, and Rob makes her sound amazing as a sound/tech guy. They love getting to know people they wouldn't otherwise meet but for small groups. They are excited to share life and grow in faith with their small group this year.
Michele is a single mom of 2 autistic teenagers, one of whom has a service dog who is a big part of their family’s life. In addition to being a caregiver to her kids, she works as an advocate for disability services. She and her kids love to cook (and eat!) and visit small towns within driving distance. Michele is looking forward to hosting a small group this year and connecting with others outside of weekend services.

Bob and Katie have attended Crosspoint for 14 years, have been married for 36 years, and have 2 adult children. Bob is a retired police officer who spends his free time writing books, painting, and serving on a variety of teams here at Crosspoint. Katie is Crosspoint’s Director of Operations, and she enjoys gardening and finding treasures at thrift stores.This small group season, they look forward to meeting new people and discovering and following Jesus together.

Josh and Tiffany have attended Crosspoint for 5 years. They've been married for 24 years, and have four daughters (two in college and two in high school). Josh serves as one of our elders and Tiffany serves in women’s ministry. Their greatest desire is to keep Jesus at the center of their marriage and family. They love being part of the Crosspoint community and believe that life is better when it’s lived together.
Danny and Ashlie have attended Crosspoint for 17 years. They have a son and two daughters, ages 15, 13, and 10. They are behavior analysts and the owners of a therapy services company, where they help kids with autism and special needs. Danny loves the outdoors and CrossFit, while Ashlie enjoys the comfort of the indoors and anything that keeps life organized. They both love a good cup of coffee and spending Sabbath together with their family. They are looking forward to the amazing work God is going to do in them and through them this small group season.

Jack and Jennifer have attended Crosspoint for 12 years, have been married for 11 years, and have a blended family of 5 children. Jack is semi-retired and Jennifer is special education teacher. They love boating on Lake Havasu, days at the beach, and watching and attending Dodgers games. They have two dogs, a labrador and a husky, who are a huge part of their lives. They are looking forward to spiritual growth in small group this year.
David and Sarah have attended Crosspoint for 4 years. They have been married for 37 years and have three grown children, and two adorable grandchildren. Dave is a retired pharmacist and Sarah is an author of historical fiction. They love traveling, exploring, and taking their two large dogs for long walks. Dave's hobbies include home projects, wrestling weeds, and arguing with Duolingo - hobbies that Sarah encourages so she has more time to write! They're both excited to see what God will do in small groups this year.

Dave has served at Crosspoint since 2011. He’s been in Small Groups as a member, leader, and host. He loves that Small Groups build community through discussions that expand and strengthen faith. He has served on the board of Street Hope Kenya, a mission organization to help street kids, and has traveled to Kenya for several mission trips. He was married for 54+ years and has children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Larry and Anne have been happy newlyweds for nearly 6 years, and between them, they have five “little” and four “big” grandkids. Larry is a retired firefighter, and Anne is a retired special education teacher. They love traveling, camping, board games, and spending time with friends and family. Larry’s been at Crosspoint for 17 years, and Anne has been a part of Crosspoint since its founding. They are happy to be leading a 10 AM group, so those who don’t have evening availability still have the opportunity to join a small group.
Sheree is a single mother of 2 married sons, and has 2 granddaughters. She has been a follower of Jesus since 2012, attending Crosspoint most of the years since then. Sheree’s backyard is her joy, and she loves getting to know Christ through friendship with others while supporting and lifting each other in prayer.
FRIDAY GROUPS
SMITH (Young Adult)
Fridays, 8:00-10:00am, Chapel Coffee
Kaelani is a private music instructor and serves on Crosspoint’s worship team. Music is her passion, and she also loves cooking, bowling, and doing anything that has to do with nature. She leads the young adult small group, which meets at Chapel Coffee on Friday mornings. Her favorite thing about small groups is having a support system that you can come to and be vulnerable with, knowing it’s a safe space.
HOPE & HEALING
Hope and Healing Connections groups are specialty support groups for all kinds of people discovering and following Jesus through trying times.
SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILY HANG OUT
Once per month, Crosspoint Church
This group for families of children with special needs will meet once or twice a month for family fellowship, community outings, and seasonal events (calendar of events to be provided). Faygene works at Crosspoint on our Children’s Ministry team, overseeing our Explorers classroom and supporting families of children with special needs. She loves connecting with other special needs families to network, support, and build community.
ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Mondays, 6:30-8:30pm, Crosspoint Church
Krista is excited to launch a small group for adults with special needs. Her desire is for this group to create an opportunity for those with developmental disabilities to experience the community and spiritual growth that a small group provides. Krista has 2 daughters - her oldest is grown and married, and her youngest has Down syndrome and is entering 5th grade. Krista is a board-certified Behavior Analyst and works as a clinical supervisor part-time when she’s not at home homeschooling her youngest.
Nathan has worked for OC Bridges Adult Day Program for adults with developmental disabilities, where he was a program manager. He is a widower with an 11-year-old daughter, and he serves in Crosspoint’s Explorers classroom and in The Wave middle school ministry program. In small group, Nathan enjoys getting to know people, growing in God’s word while gaining new perspective, and growing close connections with people in prayer and support.
MENTAL & SPIRITUAL WELLNESS

An individual’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being can have a significant impact on their spiritual health. Likewise, strong faith can help manage stress, foster resilience, and promote healing for anyone experiencing mental health challenges. The mental & spiritual wellness group is intended for individuals and family members looking for faith-based support and encouragement around mental or behavioral health issues. Paula is a retired nurse who spent most of her career in the mental health field. Ed earned his phd in Public Health, spent much of his career working in the mental health field, and now serves as the Director of Emergency Management for the city of Vista.
DYNAMIC COMPASSION
Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm, Crosspoint Church
Dynamic Compassion is a directed Bible study and action group which aims to equip its members to bring the love and compassion of Jesus directly to those outside the walls of our valley's churches. Each weekly meeting will consist of Biblical study, prayer, listening, and discussion. In addition, there will be times when the group goes out into the community to put what they've learned into action.

DIVORCE CARE

DivorceCare is a Christ-centered support group for those experiencing the pain and challenges of separation or divorce. In this video-based program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil, and practical tools for decision-making, as well as a safe, caring community.
GRIEFSHARE
Mondays, 6:30-8:30pm, Crosspoint Church
GriefShare is Christ-centered support group for people who have experienced the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. Each session features a video presentation of experts, pastors, and Christian counselors discussing topics like comfort, answers, and hope. Everyday people who have gone through the grieving process also share their stories of what has helped them deal with the pain of losing a loved one.
S.A.L.T.
Fridays, 6:30-8:30pm, Crosspoint Church
S.A.L.T. stands for Seven Areas of Life Training. This dynamic discipleship series will strengthen the foundational pillars of your faith while giving you practical tools to navigate seven key areas of life. Through engaging teaching, real-life application, and interactive discussions, we’ll grow together in hearing God’s voice, applying His Word, sharing our faith, and praying with power.
